Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery
Available shipping services and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Once your order ships, we will email tracking details. Tracking can take 2–3 business days to begin updating.
Carrier delays, customs checks, severe weather and peak shopping periods can affect delivery estimates. Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. Once an order has entered fulfilment or has shipped, we may be unable to change or cancel it.
90-day product guarantee
Manufacturing defects are covered for 90 days from delivery. If your product arrives damaged, defective or stops working during the guarantee period, contact us with your order number and a clear photo or short video showing the issue. After review, we may provide troubleshooting, a replacement or a refund as appropriate.
Returns and hygiene
Because this is an in-ear personal-use product, opened or used products cannot be returned for a change of mind. Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return shipping unless required otherwise by applicable law. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
